1. General discussion of what ethics is and why it matters
2. How and why universities need to develop classes and or degree plans in ethics
3. Real-world bad ethics choices and how the company or courts dealt with the issues
4. How administrative professionals can be involved in ethical issues and how to handle or avoid ethical situations
